Meet Our Founder
Dr. Michael Mugo, RN, PMHNP BC
Dr. Michael Mugo is the Medical Director and founder of Cognitive Diagnostic Solutions, LLC. A board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, he leads the team in providing comprehensive, whole-person psychiatric assessments. Using the Perspectives of Psychiatry framework, Michael examines biological factors, behavioral patterns, personality traits, and life experiences to create a complete understanding of each patient. Passionate about mental health, he is dedicated to helping patients gain clarity and confidence while equipping providers with actionable, personalized insights for compassionate, effective care.
